• The holder of the voucher will be considered the holder of the same;

• Hotel Porta do Sol is not responsible for any misuse of the voucher, so in case of loss or misplacement, the value will be considered lost;

• The use of the voucher is subject to prior reservation of its services and respective availability;

• There will be no refund or credit of the remaining amount;

• Voucher not valid from 01 July to 31 August;

• After the validity period, the voucher will be automatically cancelled;

• Voucher must be presented at check-in.
