“Foz do Minho” Beach, in Caminha, was chosen by the English newspaper The Guardian as one of the best beaches in Europe.
Five Portuguese beaches were selected (out of a total of 40 European ones) and, among them, is the most northerly beach in Portugal, in the municipality of Caminha.
Says the online edition of the British newspaper that the view from the hill of Santa Tecla is one of the “most impressive scenes of any beach in the world”.
